Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make a parcel opening video upon receiving your order. We may ask you to provide the video or photos of the damaged product for verification purposes.

Refunds
As we do not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are not applicable. Refunds will only be considered in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received, subject to verification with parcel opening video and photos.
